C Street Enhances its Market-Defining Restructuring Communications Practice

Fogelberg has joined its strategic communications practice as a Managing Director.
Based in Chicago, Fogelberg brings nearly two decades of legal experience in corporate restructurings, chapter 11 cases, and liability management transactions. She joins C Street from the global law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she served as a Partner in the Restructuring Group. Fogelberg has a remarkable track record of advising companies through complicated special situations, including Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Prima® Wawona, Yellow Corporation, STX Filmworks, Inc., PGX Holdings, Inc., and numerous others. Her expertise and network of relationships will ignite C Street’s monumental expansion in the areas of restructuring and crisis communications.
