October 21, 2021 / Insider - Jon Henes, CEO of leadership consultancy C-Street, said Netflix missed a chance to not just avoid conflict, by talking with employees and community members prior, but to establish itself as a leader in the trans community.
"Imagine if Netflix had embraced the opportunity to engage the LGBTQ+ community," Henes told Insider. "The dialogue could have brought people together and strengthened their brand."
