Nicole Stuber

Vice President, Strategic Communications

Prior to joining C Street, Nicole spent over a decade working in-house in health care, entertainment, technology, and non-profit sectors. Most recently, Nicole was responsible for driving the roadmap and strategic direction of all internal-related communications at ParaMed Home Health Care, Canada’s leading provider of home care and wellness services. With over 10,000 employees and over 75,000 clients, Nicole served as a trusted communications advisor to executives and championed people and operations initiatives as a member of the leadership team.

 

Before that, Nicole helped MLSE, one of North America’s top professional sports and entertainment companies, and the parent company of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs, the NBA’s Toronto Raptors, deliver engaging executive messaging and employee-centric communications programs aligned to business objectives and people and culture directive. Nicole also spent time early in her career working for independent entertainment giant eOne. During this time, Nicole drove the global communications strategy for the company's innovation lab, Secret Location, and played an instrumental role in taking its original IP and patented software to market.
 

Throughout her career, Nicole has actively volunteered with several non-profit organizations including the Toronto International Film Festival, Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest, and the PanAm Games. She completed the Corporate Communications and Public Relations post-graduate program at Centennial College with honors.
