Lisa Hernández Gioia has a twenty-year record of accomplishment working at the intersection of politics, philanthropy, and business advising leaders on how to identify, communicate, and execute their goals. She is seen as a trusted advisor who has developed strong relationships with stakeholders and is known for using her deep connections and credibility to facilitate partnerships and collaboration at all levels.
Lisa has worked and advised principles at the highest levels of both politics and business. She was a senior aide to Secretary Hillary Clinton, and in 2016 built a thousand-member committee of top business leaders, philanthropists and celebrities and served as their liaison to the campaign. At the Related Companies, Lisa reported directly to the CEO and coordinated with external and internal stakeholders for the development and launch of Hudson Yards, the largest private real-estate venture in American history. She was an advisor for the inaugural Clinton Global Initiative in 2005 and remained a consultant for 10 years. Earlier in her career Lisa advised elected officials at all levels of government including office holders and candidates for US Congress, U.S. Senate, Governors, Attorneys General, and Speakers of the NYC Council.
Lisa currently serves on the board of the Drum Major Institute, co-chairs the building committee for the Marymount School of New York, and previously served on the board and executive committee of Alicia Keys’s Keep A Child Alive.
