Prior to joining C Street, Lily worked on Ray McGuire’s NYC mayoral campaign, first as Deputy Finance Director and then as Director of Special Projects. As Deputy Finance Director, Lily built and maintained relationships with donors and supporters and helped the campaign generate support from across New York City. After being promoted to Director of Special Projects, Lily served as right hand to the Campaign Manager to guide daily operations and ensure that every team on the campaign was coordinated around a unified strategy. Before the Ray for Mayor campaign, Lily worked on Mike Bloomberg’s presidential campaign as a National Associate on the Committee for Mike. She is passionate about getting young people involved in politics and activism, and helped create and lead Young Leaders initiatives on both the McGuire and Bloomberg campaigns. Prior to working on the Bloomberg campaign, Lily spent time as an assistant at the literary and talent agency ICM Partners.

Lily graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Classical Studies. While at Dartmouth, she worked as a copy editor for The Dartmouth newspaper, participated in a campaign advocating improved student mental healthcare, and volunteered with Dartmouth’s Prison Project, visiting inmates in a nearby prison to lead creative writing exercises.
