Prior to joining C Street, Heather worked at Purple Strategies on the Client & Campaign Engagement team. At Purple, she advised Fortune 500 companies and the senior leadership in the strategic communications plans of large-scale business transformations. Heather's work portfolio has incorporated clients across various industries, including automotive, healthcare, oil and gas, and tobacco.
Heather holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law with a minor in History from the University of Richmond.
