What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented individual to provide critical support to our Executive Team. This role provides exposure to a fast-paced client services business and the opportunity to grow with us. What You Will Do
Manage calendars, track expenses, and maintain records for CEO and other executives
Schedule and organize meetings and appointments; create agendas, prepare and distribute related bios and meeting materials; manage and maintain a busy calendar
Provide operational and execution support for strategic initiatives
Book executive travel, dinners, and meetings with a mind for quality, cost, and vendor relationships
Execute projects relating to initiatives that extend from the work of the Executive Team; these projects grow in scope as the individual develops organizational knowledge
Compile and edit research-based briefing materials for key meetings and projects and thought leadership
Provide support on office management, HR, legal, and finance matters
Assist with other tasks, as needed
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment, with ability to make sound and timely decisions
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities
High degree of responsiveness, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Tech savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn new software
Proof of vaccination or religious or medical exemption
Willingness to be in person several days a week with team in our Midtown East office, subject to COVID protocols, to foster team building, maintain culture of collaboration, and promote mutual learning and growth
