Beth Kojima

With extensive experience working with leaders across business, politics, and the nonprofit world, Beth understands and develops optimal solutions for specific organizational needs.  

Beth began her career in the Investment Management and Investment Banking divisions at Goldman Sachs and subsequently joined hedge fund TPG-Axon Capital, where she led Investor Relations and Strategy for more than a decade. 

She went on to co-found Never Stop Learning, an ongoing education concept that connects curious individuals and lifelong learners with experts across disciplines, and Synful Eats, a dessert delivery business centered on indulgent treats created by Michelin experienced chefs. 

Most recently, Beth served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Ray McGuire’s Mayoral Campaign, developing and leading numerous coalition groups in support of Ray: Arts for Ray, Women for Ray, LGBTQ for Ray, and Sports for Ray, among others.

She is a Trustee of the New York Public Library and The Chapin School, as well as a member of the Trinity Board of Visitors for Duke University. 

Beth graduated from Duke, magna cum laude, and received her M.B.A., beta gamma sigma, from Columbia Business School.
